The rules for browsing BondBack, requesting a quote, and listing your cleaning business
By using bondback.com.au you agree to these terms. They explain the site's informational role, what happens when you submit a lead enquiry, and where BondBack's coordination ends and a cleaner's service begins.
BondBack's public pages, including the end-of-lease hub, cost guide, checklist, and cleaner directory, are informational. You do not need an account to browse. Do not use the site in a way that interferes with its operation, misrepresents a cleaner's status, or republishes the site wholesale.
Submitting the contact form at /contact starts an enquiry for BondBack to review and route to the appropriate team member. It is not a promise of a service, partnership, or response outside the team's normal follow-up process. The information collected and how it is handled are described in the Privacy Policy.
Submitting the QuoteForm on /quote or an embedded renter page is an enquiry, not a booking or a guarantee that a cleaner is available. BondBack uses the submitted property and contact details to coordinate a response. If you select a cleaner, the cleaner slug is used for conditional routing to that cleaner; without a selected cleaner, the enquiry remains with BondBack for follow-up.
The QuoteForm's fields and lead handling are described in the Privacy Policy. Any cleaning service contract is between the renter and the cleaner; BondBack's role is lead routing and coordination.
Submitting the CleanerEnquiryForm on /for-cleaners starts supplier vetting. It does not guarantee a directory listing, lead volume, approval, partnership, employment, or agency relationship with BondBack. The form fields and notification handling are described in the Privacy Policy.
BondBack routes and coordinates lead enquiries. A selected cleaner may receive a renter quote enquiry when the renter has chosen that cleaner. The cleaning service itself, including availability, scope, price, payment, and performance, is agreed between the renter and the cleaner; submitting a form on BondBack does not create that service contract.
